How will I be billed and how often?

You may choose to pay by credit card or checking account.  Payments will be processed by PayPal or pre-authorized bank debit..

Any requests for different payment options will be handled on a case by case basis.

A one time activation fee may apply.

How long does it take to be activated?

Activation time ranges between 10 minutes to a few hours. If activating on a Sunday or outside of business hours, it may take a maximum of 24 hrs.  a confirmation email as well as text message will be sent to your phone letting you know that your service is active. If you still did not receive a confirmation email after 24hrs, contact us at sales@mtltelecom.com

Is it Legal?

Yes. The service is perfectly legal. See the call back legal status on FCC website at http://www.fcc.gov/ib/pd/pf/call-back.html. In addition ITU (International Telecommunications Union) also maintains a list of positions of countries on CallBack. That list can be found at http://www.itu.int/itudoc/itu-t/com3/callback/position.html The list clearly mentions that Canada and USA allow all types of CallBack services as legal.

Do you have a store?

We are a web based business we do not offer a physical product therefore we do not require a physical address.  By keeping our costs down, we are able to keep our prices low to you the consumer.

Do you sell cellular phones or plans?

No, we simply provide an additional service for outgoing calling from the phone you already have. However, we could make recommendations to suite your needs. Please email us at: sales@mtltelecom.com for this request.

Will I get billed for your service on my usual cellphone bill?

Our services are billed separately and will not show up on your usual cell phone bill.

Will I get billed for roaming?

MTLTelecom will not bill you for roaming, however, if you are outside your local calling are your carrier may charge you for roaming and or long distance for minutes used.
