Can I dial International long distance?
For now, long distance is limited to North America (see info page). It is however possible to place an International call using a calling card.
Can I cancel any time? Are there any cancellation fees or penalties?
Yes, you can cancel any time without any fees or penalties. However, there will be no refunds.
How will I be billed and how often?
You will be authorized every month for the total amount of $13.55 including GST and PST. You may choose to pay by credit card or checking account. Payments will be processed by PayPal or pre-authorized bank debit..
Any requests for different payment options will be handled on a case by case basis.
A one time activation fee may apply.
How long does it take to be activated?
It usually takes about 5-10 minutes after speaking with customer service. If signing up through the website, please call customer service to activate. Otherwise it may take up to 24 hrs to activate your subscription. Always include your name and telephone number in all correspondences.
Is it Legal?
Cell phone call back service is 100% legal. It only takes advantage of your cellular phone provider's existing pricing structure that does not charge its customers for uncompleted or busy outbound calls and does not charge them for inbound calls. It's 100% legal because you are simply benefiting from the pricing features already inherent in your cellular service contract to minimize your airtime charges.
Do you have a store?
We are a web based business we do not offer a physical product therefore we do not require a physical address. By keeping our costs down, we are able to keep our prices low to you the consumer.
Do you sell cellular phones or plans?
A: No, we simply provide an additional service for outgoing calling from the phone you already have. However, we could make recommendations to suite your needs. Please email us at: sales@mtltelecom.com for this request.
Will I get billed for your service on my usual cellphone bill?
A: Our services are billed separately and will not show up on your usual cell phone bill.
